Founded in 2012, Shenzhen Golden Quartet Industry and Trade Co., Ltd - GQ bags is one of the top bag manufacturers in Guangdong. We have two workshops located in Guangdong and Zhejiang respectively, covering over 5,000 square meters in total. There are 170 employees in our company at present. About 80% of our workers have more than five years' experience and 25% have more than eight years' experience.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Before setting up mass production, the production and technical department will meet with R&D department. We will study the designs to the details, testing every material carefully, finding out any possible defectives in designs or material, and submit the improper design/material report to customers for final confirmation, as to avoid any irretrievable errors in material ordering and production lines. We have many testing machines: tape-seam machines, water-leakage testing machines, tensile tear/abrasion equipment and needle-checking machines.

Additional Information about the Quality Control Process
Pre-production: all the raw materials are examined to make sure that they have reached customers' requirements. For any problem, the controllers will submit a report to the QC supervisors.
Production lines: based on random sampling technique, our QC members check a set of samples.

Procedures and Practices
We can communicate freely and skilled with our customers in a timely manner by e-mails and computer graphics. Some customers send us their own designs; others would like our professional designs. We have an in-house designing and sampling department that puts together graphic designs and samples. After receiving the specifications or samples from our customers, our sample designers will make test samples for checking before real samples. And then they finish the correct samples out. Before sending samples to customers, we will always email pictures to our customer's approval.

Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person. We accurately keep books and records of all transactions and the dispositions of our assets as required by law, as well as maintain a system of internal accounting controls to ensure the reliability and adequacy of our books and records.
